10:00 a.m. Staff arrives
11:00 a.m. Troop leaders arrive to set-up camp
12:30 p.m. Troop Leaders & guests luncheon
6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Troops arrive, register and set-up
8:45- 10:00 p.m. Planned Pool activities weather permitting for Scout ALL PARTICIPANTS
10:30 p.m. SPL meeting in Dining Hall to be followed by Troop Leaders meeting.
11:00 p.m. Lights Out!
Saturday – May 24
7:00 a.m. Reveille! Breakfast in camp site and clean-up
9:00 a.m. Opening Ceremonies
9:15 – 12:30 a.m. Morning Activities Program
11:15 to 1:15 p.m. Lunch
12:30 – 4:30 p.m. Afternoon Activities Program
4:30 – 7:30 p.m. Free time and Dinner in camp sites
7:30 p.m. Religious services for all faiths. All scouts and scouters are to attend a service
9:00 p.m. Olympia/Scope camp show
10:30 p.m. Troop ‘Mug Up’ in sites
11:00 p.m. Leaders meeting in Dining Hall followed by lights out!
Sunday – May 25
7:00 a.m. Reveille and breakfast in camp site
9:00 a.m. Closing ceremony – all campers attend
9:30 – 11:00 a.m. Break camp and clean-up for inspection depart for home
Monday – May 26
6:45 a.m. Assemble in parking lot
7:15 a.m. Closing of Olympia/Scope 2008
7:30 a.m. Buses depart for home
This program is subject to change or modification due to weather or other conditions that are beyond the control of the Olympia/Scope staff.
1. The Scout Law is the Law of the camp
2. Smoking is forbidden around the sleeping areas.
3. No alcoholic beverages of any kind in camp.
4. No ground fires.
5. Do no damage to vegetation.
6. Leave camp site cleaner than when you found it.
